TERM OF USE:

1. Conditions for Exchange

We accept size or model exchanges within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

• The item remains unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact, and free from any alterations, fragrances, or perfume scent

• The item is not part of a sale, promotion, or gift campaign

• Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable

2. Exchange Procedure

1. Contact us via Fanpage/Zalo/Whatsapp with your order number and reason for exchange

2. Repack the item and send it to the following address:

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, SEYCHAS will proceed to ship the replacement item (we will cover the shipping cost for the re-delivery)

3. Defective Items

We guarantee product exchange if the item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., sewing error, incorrect model, wrong size). In this case, SEYCHAS will cover all shipping costs.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable.
If the requested replacement item is out of stock and the customer has not selected a new one, the paid amount will be credited as store credit for future purchases.
